Squash Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. squash, cooked and drained
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. ginger
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and put into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 400\u00b0 and bake 30 to 40 minutes.
