Glazed Strawberry Cheesecake - cooking recipe

3 Tbsp. graham cracker crumbs
16 oz. carton cream-style cottage cheese
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs, slightly beaten
16 oz. commercial sour cream
1/2 c. butter or oleo, melted
1/3 c. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. strawberries, washed and hulled

Preparation

Grease a 9-inch spring-form pan.
Dust generously with graham cracker crumbs.
Combine cheeses and beat on high speed until smooth.
Gradually add sugar, beating after each addition.
Add eggs and beat well.
Add next 5 ingredients, beating on low speed until mixture is smooth.
Pour batter into pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Turn off oven.
Let cheesecake stand in oven for 2 hours.
Cool completely.
Cover and chill at least 4 hours.
Arrange whole berries on top of cheesecake and drizzle with your favorite strawberry glaze.
Chill thoroughly.
