Caramel Toast(Excellent! Very Good.) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2 Tbsp. corn syrup
1 c. brown sugar, packed
5 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. other flavoring to taste
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 loaf French bread
Preparation

In a small saucepan, combine butter, brown sugar and syrup. Simmer until bubbly. Pour over bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch glass dish. Remove crust from bread and place slices over syrup mixture. Beat eggs, milk, flavoring, sugar and salt. Pour over bread; cover and refrigerate overnight.
