Chocolate Cinnamon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 stick margarine
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. Crisco shortening
1 c. water
1/2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix together flour and sugar and set aside.
Melt together margarine, cocoa, shortening and water.
Mix together buttermilk, eggs, cinnamon, baking soda and vanilla.
Alternately add flour and sugar mixture and cocoa mixture to buttermilk mixture.
Pour into a cookie sheet pan with 1/2-inch sides and bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
