Fresh Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. red food coloring
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 pt. fresh sliced strawberries
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Preparation

Bring water to a boil.
Meanwhile, mix sugar and cornstarch with a little warm water.
Stir sugar mixture into boiling water and cook until clear and thickened.
Add food coloring and cool. Stir lemon juice and strawberries into cooled mixture.
Pour into baked crust and top with Cool Whip.
