Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pink salmon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 egg yolks
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. warm milk
Preparation
    Remove
    skin
    and
    bones
    from salmon.
    Mash fine.
    Add salt, pepper
    and
    lemon juice.
    Beat egg whites until stiff; add
    to salmon mixture, then add cracker crumbs and milk.
    Mix well and pour into greased loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
