Hamburg Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 egg
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 can water
    1/4 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Mix 1/4 cup soup with beef, rice, egg and onion.
    Roll into meatballs and brown in shortening.
    Blend remaining soup, water and mustard.
    Add to meatballs; cover and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes on low.
