Creamy Potato Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. mayonnaise (2/3 Hellmann's and 1/3 Miracle Whip)
8 oz. carton sour cream
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. regular salt
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard (not dry)
pepper, onions and celery to taste
5 lb. potatoes
