Shrimp Fra Diabloover Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. crushed tomatoes (or 1 lb can)
    5 cloves garlic
    1 medium onion
    1 bayleaf
    1 Tbsp. hot peppers
    1/4 c. olive oil
    dash parsley
    1/2 c. sherry wine
    1 lb. shrimp
    oil to cover pan
Preparation
    Saute garlic, onion and 1/2 tsp hot peppers in olive oil. When clear add tomatoes, bay leaf, parsley, and sherry.
    Simmer for 20 minutes.
    In another pan cook shrimp with rest of hot peppers, until pink, don't overcook.
    Pour tomato mixture from above over shrimp.
    Simmer for 5 minutes Serve over cooked spaghetti.
