Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground ginger/nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Pour into pastry shell and bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes longer or until knife edge comes out clean.
Cool and serve.
