Low-Fat Cream Of Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. skim milk
3 Tbsp. whole wheat or white flour
dash of salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
4 oz. can mushrooms
Preparation

Over medium-low heat, combine milk, flour, salt and pepper. Stir continuously until well blended and thick.
Add drained can of mushrooms and stir well.
(Mushrooms can be finely chopped in food processor first or leave whole or chopped.)
