Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. white vinegar
    1/4 c. corn oil
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 (17 oz.) cans whole kernel corn, drained (4 c.)
    1 c. coarsely chopped green and/or sweet red peppers
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    In large bowl, stir together corn oil, corn syrup, salt and pepper.
    Add corn, green and red peppers, onion and parsley.
    Toss to coat well.
    Cover; refrigerate several hours or overnight.
    If desired, drain before serving.
    Makes about 4 cups.
