Pork Chops Risotto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 green pepper, cut in 6 rings
    chili sauce
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper. Brown in large skillet over medium heat.
    Spread bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish with rice and with browned chops.
    On each chop, arrange green pepper ring with heaping teaspoon of chili sauce.
