Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. broccoli (10 oz.)
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
4 Tbsp. butter
12 Ritz crackers
Preparation

Cook and drain broccoli.
Melt cheese with 2 tablespoons butter.
Mix with broccoli.
Place in a greased baking dish.
Melt remaining 2 tablespoons of butter.
Mix with crumbled crackers. Sprinkle on top of casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
Velveeta cheese is good.
Use Pam to spray the baking dish.
