Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1/2 stick butter
    2 tsp. beef or chicken bouillon
    4 c. water
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large frying pan.
    Stir in rice and onion Brown over medium-high heat.
    Stir in water and bouillon.
    Cover and simmer until water is absorbed and rice is fluffy.
    Delicious!
