Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    6 potatoes
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in paper sack; shake well.
    Quarter 6 potatoes and soak in water for a few minutes. Melt a stick of butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Shake potatoes in the mix and place in pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour, turning halfway through.
