Ingredients

pastry for 1 (9-inch) pie
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. chopped red bell pepper
dash of hot pepper sauce
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Roll pastry to fit a 12-inch pizza pan.
Bake 5 minutes.
Sprinkle bacon and cheese over crust.
Beat eggs, sour cream, milk, parsley, bell pepper and pepper sauce together until smooth.
Pour over crust.
Bake until pizza is puffy and lightly browned (about 20 minutes).
Makes approximately 6 servings.
