Chicken With Rice (Arroz Con Pollo) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. fryer, cut up
    2 c. rice
    2 medium onions (1 chopped)
    1 medium green pepper (half chopped)
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 garlic cloves, mashed
    1/2 c. tomato sauce
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 c. chicken broth
    1 (8 oz.) can sweet peas
    1 (4 oz.) can pimentos
    4 Tbsp. parsley
    saffron
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 bay leaf
    1/4 c. cooking dry wine
    asparagus (optional)
Preparation
    Cut chicken in pieces and cook in the pressure cooker, with 4 cups of water, salt, 1 onion, 1/2 green pepper and 1 tablespoon of vinegar for 15 minutes.
    Bone the chicken and break meat in pieces about 1 x 2-inches.
    Keep the broth after straining it.
    Put the oil in a large skillet; add garlic, chopped onion and green pepper.
