Mozzarella Meat Whirl - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
7 eggs, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 tsp. salt
6 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced
1 tsp. dried parsley
3/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. water
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, mustard, pepper and salt. Pat into 10 x 14-inch rectangle on waxed paper.
Place cheese slices on beef mixture.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Roll tightly as for jelly roll, starting at short end and lifting paper with one hand.
Press ends to seal.
Transfer to shallow baking dish, seam side down.
Combine catsup, water and Worcestershire sauce; pour over beef.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes, basting frequently.
Serve with sauce.
