Ingredients

1 c. Herman Starter
1 c. flour
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. each: baking soda and salt
1 egg
2 Tbsp. oil
1/2 to 3/4 c. milk, depending on thickness desired
Preparation

Mix well, using scant 1/4 cup batter per pancake.
Bake on well-greased, preheated griddle.
Makes 10 large pancakes.
