Beef Roast In Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 lb. roast
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
    1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Pour water into roast pan.
    Place roast in and evenly distribute the soups that have been mixed together.
    Seal with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 3 hours.
    The soups and juices from roast make the gravy.
