Popovers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. milk (2% or better)
1 Tbsp. melted butter
1 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat egg in bowl until light, then add remaining ingredients. Beat until evenly blended.
Set oven to 450\u00b0.
Butter your muffin tins.
The batter should be like heavy cream.
Add more milk, if necessary.
Pour into muffin cups, 1/2 full.
Bake 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 15 minutes longer.
