Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large onions
    4 large firm tomatoes
    2 c. diced potatoes
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. paprika
    4 Tbsp. fat
Preparation
    Slice
    onions
    and
    tomatoes
    about
    1/2-inch thick and place in layers in greased casserole with potatoes, celery and carrots. Sprinkle
    each
    layer with paprika, salt and pepper. Add fat. Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tender.
