Vegetable Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 jar meatless spaghetti sauce
    6 to 9 lasagna noodles
    1 onion, chopped
    8 to 10 mushrooms, sliced
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 tsp. oil
    1/2 pkg. chopped broccoli
    1/4 tsp. garlic
    1 c. Mozzarella
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 egg
Preparation
    Fill large saucepan half full with water; boil.
    Add lasagna noodles and 1 teaspoon oil.
    Cook on medium heat for 7 to 9 minutes.
    Drain noodles and rinse in cool water.
    In a frying pan, saute onion, mushrooms and green pepper in 1 teaspoon oil.
    Steam broccoli in about 1 inch water.
    Add broccoli to sauteed mixture and remove.
    In a bowl, mix cheese, cottage cheese and egg.
    Layer noodles, vegetables, sauce and cheese, ending with cheese.
    Bake in oven until cheese is melted.
