Beef Shish Kebabs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. top round for each serving
    1 tomato per person
    1 pepper per person
    1/4 large onion per person
    McCormick marinade mix
Preparation
    Cut meat into 1-inch squares.
    Pierce meat with a fork. Marinate for 24 hours in a red wine McCormick marinade mix. Arrange the meat, tomato, onion and pepper on skewer (loosely). Cook on grill 15 minutes and turn for another 15 minutes (medium-rare) or 20 minutes for medium doneness.
