Zucchini Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. grated zucchini
4 slices bread crumbs
1 small onion, sliced
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tsp. baking powder
parsley
salt and pepper

Preparation

Mix
well
all\tthe ingredients and shape into patties. Fry in oleo, on each side, for 2 to 3 minutes each.
