Uncut Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked tomatoes
    3/4 c. cooked rice
    2 tsp. salt
    1 large head cabbage
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 c. thin milk
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook rice.
    Remove leaves from cabbage.
    Immerse them in hot water.
    Wipe dry.
    Mix meat and milk; add seasonings and rice. Make small rolls of meat.
    Wrap meat in cabbage leaves.
    Secure with toothpicks.
    Pack cabbage rolls in kettle; cover with a large can of tomatoes.
    Cook, covered, over slow heat for about 2 hours.
