Stuffing Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. instant stuffing mix
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 medium yellow squash, diced, cooked and drained
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine the stuffing mix, water and margarine; mix well. Let stand for 5 minutes. Add squash and egg. Transfer to greased 1-quart baking dish; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
