Seafood Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 lasagna noodles
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1/3 c. milk
    1/3 c. white wine
    1 lb. shrimp or scallops
    1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar
Preparation
    Cook and drain noodles.
    Arrange 4 noodles to cover bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Saute onion in butter until tender. Blend in cream cheese.
    Stir in cottage cheese, egg, basil, salt and pepper.
    Spread 1/2 over noodles.
