Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 can tomato soup
    2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Combine meat, egg, onion, pepper, salt and 1/4 cup rice.
    Mix well.
    Shape into 8 balls of equal size.
    Roll each ball in remaining rice and press rice into meat so it will hold.
    Place balls in pan; cover with tomato soup and boiling water.
    Cover and simmer about 45 minutes.
