Deer Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large roast
    8 large potatoes
    4 large carrots
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. steak sauce
    1/2 c. Texas Pete
    1 pkg. mushroom mix
    2 pkg. brown gravy mix
Preparation
    Place roast in browning bag. Add potatoes, carrots and onion. Mix all sauces and gravy mix together. Add water.
    Mix well and pour over roast in browning bag. Close and cook slowly for 4 hours or until tender.
