Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. flour (plain)
2 eggs
1 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. salt
3 c. cut up tart apples
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. rum flavor
1 tsp. soda
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Mix first 10 ingredients together well; add apples.
The batter will be thick.
Spread it in 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Press nuts into dough lightly.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
