Cheese Scalloped Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 carrots, sliced
    1 small onion
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 lb. Velveeta
    3 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook carrots.
    Combine onion and butter.
    Cook 2 minutes.
    Add flour, salt, mustard and pepper.
    Add milk; cook until smooth. Layer carrots, cheese and white sauce; repeat.
    Sprinkle bread crumbs over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
