Pie Pastry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can milk
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. shortening
    about 7 c. flour (self-rising)
Preparation
    Mix milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla and shortening.
    Add about 7 cups of flour.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Chill overnight before using.
    An excellent pastry for fried fruit pies.
