Sugar-Free Cheesecake Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small box sugar-free jello (any flavor)
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1/3 c. Splenda sweetener
    8 oz. low-fat cream cheese
    1/2 c. nonfat cottage cheese
    1/2 c. low-fat sour cream
    graham cracker crust (reduced fat)
    2 c. lite Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix jello, 3/4 cup boiling water and Splenda together.
    Put cream cheese, sour cream, cottage cheese and jello mixture into blender and blend until smooth.
    Then fold in lite Cool Whip. Pour into crust and chill until firm.
