Easy Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 c. chopped onion
    14 oz. can chicken broth (ready to serve)
    2 c. water
    10 oz. cream of celery soup
    2 c. milk
    garnishes (diced ham, bacon and shredded Cheddar cheese)
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, onion, chicken broth and water in Dutch oven.
    Bring to boil.
    Cover; reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes. Stir in soups and milk.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Garnish as desired. Makes 2 1/2 quarts.
    Add red pepper flakes to taste for added flavor.
