Overnight Fiesta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
    1 onion, chopped
    2 medium tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing
    1 small head lettuce, torn
    1 c. shredded cheese
    3 boiled eggs, chopped
    1 c. crushed corn chips
Preparation
    Layer the beans, onion, tomatoes, celery, green pepper, dressing, lettuce, cheese and eggs in large salad bowl.
    Cover tightly.
    Refrigerate several
    hours
    or
    overnight.
    Top with corn chips.
    Toss gently before serving.
    Makes 8 servings.
