Pasta Romano - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 extra large black olives
4 garlic cloves, sliced
3/4 c. dried tomato
16 oz. sour cream
1 pt. heavy cream
basil to taste
1/2 c. white wine
1 onion, diced
salt and pepper
1 lb. pencil points
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 c. grated Romano cheese
Preparation

Slice olives into rings; saute with garlic and onion in olive oil until golden.
Add wine and tomato (cut into pieces).
Let simmer slowly for 10 minutes.
Add creams and seasonings; simmer 10 minutes slowly.
Add grated cheese.
Pour over pasta immediately.
Do not prepare ahead of time!!
