Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut in serving pieces
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    salt and pepper
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 c. sliced onions
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 diced carrot
Preparation
    Pound dry mustard, salt, pepper and flour into steak and brown in a little fat. Place tomatoes, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, onions and diced carrot in oven dish and pour over steak. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
