Apricot Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1 c. powdered sugar
    40 cream filled chocolate cookies, ground into fine crumbs
    1 large can apricots, drained and chopped
    1 pt. heavy cream, whipped
    1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Put dessert together in the following order: half of the cookie crumbs, all of the sauce, half of the whipped cream, half of the nuts, all of the apricots, remaining nuts, whipped cream and cookie crumbs. Makes 12 servings. This freezes well.
