Chicken Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 hen
    1 (4 lb.) pork roast
    3 large onions
    1 qt. diced potatoes
    2 cans tomato soup
    2 cans creamed corn
    1 stick margarine
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook hen, saving broth. Cook roast. Cut up meat. Cook onions and potatoes. Mash together and add to meat. Add chicken broth, soup, corn, margarine, milk, mustard and ketchup. Season to taste. Cook on low heat for 1 hour. May add a little water.
