Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 onion
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine beef, crumbs, onion, salt, egg, pepper and 1/2 can of tomato sauce.
    Mix well.
    Form into loaf; put in 1 1/2 x 10 x 6-inch pan.
    Combine remaining sauce and ingredients; pour over loaf.
    Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Yield: Serves 4 to 6 people.
