Creamless Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. carrots
    1 c. onions
    1 c. leeks
    1/2 c. celery
    1 tsp. thyme
    2 lb. mushrooms
    2 c. chicken stock
    4 tsp. salt or salt to taste
    pepper to taste (optional)
Preparation
    Saute vegetables in butter.
    Saute mushrooms until just tender.
    Add stock and spices.
    Pour in food processor or blender and quickly chop the vegetables until it looks creamy.
    Reheat and serve.
