Saucy Ham And Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. ham, cut up
    6 c. cooked potato slices
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine. Blend in flour and seasonings. Gradually add milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add 1 1/2 cups cheese. Stir until melted. Toss in potatoes and ham.
    Pour into 2-quart casserole. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
