Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, lightly beaten
    1 c. salad oil
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. zucchini, grated, squeezed and tightly packed
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients.
    Sift
    together dry ingredients. Combine with the zucchini mixture.
    Add raisins or nuts.
    Makes 2 loaves. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan.
