Caramel Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. packed light brown sugar
3/4 stick margarine
1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and boil for a few minutes (test in small amount of cold water until a soft ball forms).
I use this over my fresh apple cake.
I usually use a sheet cake Pyrex dish.
The icing will go around the sides.
