Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 c. confectioners sugar
1/2 c. crushed graham crackers
1/2 c. pecans, cut up
1 tsp. vanilla
6 oz. melted semi-sweet chocolate
Preparation

Beat egg whites stiff, not dry; fold in confectioners sugar, a little at a time.
Fold in graham crackers, pecans and vanilla. Fold in chocolate after slight cooling.
Drop by teaspoon on buttered cookie sheet.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
Cool and remove.
Makes 30.
