Orange Kiss Me Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 c. sour milk
1 orange (squeeze juice and save for topping), grind skin and pulp
1/2 c. nut meats, ground
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. raisins, ground
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except for orange juice.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan, 25 to 30 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
Sprinkle hot cake with sugar and dribble orange juice over cake.
An excellent for family get togethers.
