Marinated Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 head iceberg lettuce
1/2 head romaine lettuce
1/2 c. spinach
green onions
1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
1 c. snow peas
1/2 c. red, green and yellow pepper
1 fresh tomato
1 small cucumber
2 boiled eggs
1 (4 oz.) chicken breast
1/2 c. Dijon Mustard Marinade (recipe in book)
Preparation

Marinate chicken breast in small bowl with Dijon mustard for 30 minutes.
Grill to done; set aside.
Tear romaine, iceberg and spinach into bite size pieces.
