Cabbage Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) or 1 (6 oz.) pkg. sugar-free lime gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    cold water
    1/2 c. apple, chopped
    1/4 c. lo-cal mayonnaise
    1 c. cabbage, finely chopped
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
    Add enough water to juice to make 1 1/2 cups liquid.
    Stir into dissolved gelatin.
    Chill until slightly thickened.
    Measure 1 1/2 cups of thickened gelatin into a separate bowl.
    Stir in pineapple and apple.
    Pour into a mold; chill until set.
    Combine mayonnaise and cabbage with remaining thickened gelatin.
    Pour on top of set gelatin and chill until firm.
    Unmold and garnish as desired.
    Contains 50 calories per serving.
